Jackson Walker Welcomes Judge Alexander Platt
New Associate Joins the Dallas Office
Judge Alexander Platt is an associate in the Real Estate group at Jackson Walker. Mr. Platt's practice focuses on representing commercial and residential real estate interests and small business ventures. He advises clients on a variety of commercial and real estate matters, including formation of business entities, asset management, the purchase and sale of business interests, commercial litigation, acquisition and sale of commercial property, as well as negotiations between developers, investors, general contractors, tenants, landlords, and municipalities.
Mr. Platt is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the American Bar Association. He is a volunteer at the Dallas Housing Crisis Center. Mr. Platt received his B.S. from Texas Christian University, his M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University and his J.D., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he was on the Dean's list from 2007 to 2009.
