The DBA Labor and Employment Section is comprised of labor and employment specialists practicing in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Through monthly meetings and evening seminars, the Section provides a forum for employment law practitioners to study the most recent employment law issues. The Section hosts an annual forum with Dallas-area judges, and its speakers include representatives of federal and state administrative agencies, as well as leading employment law specialists.
